Goal: Complete a multi-cluster installation of TAP for a Customer with GitOps and namespace management ready for production usage as an Operator

Outcome: I can do a full multi-cluster installation of TAP that is managed by GitOps

• I understand and have implemented the TAP Multi Cluster Reference Architecture
• Configure TAP GUI to read resources from multiple clusters
